Sebastian is a Consultant with OTi Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with the University of Melbourne in Melbourne, Australia majoring in Marketing and International Management. He also holds a Diploma in Business Studies. Sebastian has previously worked in the Marketing and Advertising & Promotions arena. Having undertaken various roles in account management, sales & marketing, project/event management and as a Marketing Associate at OTi, Sebastian’s passion is truly about people. He has spent the last 10 years in youth/adult leadership training and development, covering a wide range from mentoring programs to adventure-based training activities.
Sebastian was instrumental in the launch of several key initiatives including well known customer service guru Ron Kaufman’s UP Your Service! College®, Dr. Tim Elmore’s Habitudes program, OTi’s Leadership Institute and The Corporate Strategic Meet Series.
Described as an energetic, inspiring and dynamic facilitator, Sebastian’s strengths lie in his creative approach towards training delivery, interactive course facilitation and strong interpersonal skills.
He is a certified behavioural consultant in the DiSC© Personal Profile System and his areas of specialty include Employability Skills Scheme, Teambuilding, Innovation, Customer Service and Leadership. Sebastian’s other passion as an avid adventure racer and triathlete has given him a strong skill set in designing and executing outdoor experiential activities.
